The Rest Assured Tara Pocket 2000 Classic mattress is a member of Rest Assured's sumptuous Pocket Sprung mattress range.

Pocket Springs are an ingenious way of providing total body support for any shape or size. A honeycomb of soft fabric pockets holds each individual bed spring in place, without requiring that the springs actually interjoin. This means that unlike traditionally sprung beds, resting on one spring doesn't compress all the other nearby springs - the result being that each region of your body is supported according to its needs. Each bed occupant has their own individual sleep zone, and you won't affect the other occupant, even if you move about.

The Tara uses an astonishing 2000 pocket springs, allowing a degree of response and tailored support that is truly special. Over the springs you'll find a truly majestic filling layer of comforting soft fibres to provide added cushioning.

For added mattress durability, the base has been reinforced so it's suitable for use on divans or bedsteads with slats, and the mattress sides have been hand-stitched to help keep them firm and stable, even when you sleep on the edge of the mattress.The mattress surface has been tufted by hand to help lock the mattress filling layers in to place.
