Description of the Sealy Posturepedic Summer Solstice Divan Set
The Sealy Summer Solstice divan bed is part of their new Posturepedic Gold Collection. Comprising of a luxury pillow top with 7 zone Memory and Latex support and the PostureTech springs. The Summer Solstice has been designed to eliminate tossing and turning caused by uncomfortable pressure points.
The new Sealy range of products are the result of over four years of research that has taken the 'Science of Sleep' to completely new levels. This has resulted in creating specific pressure knockout zones along with Posture Tech responsive springs to provide better weight distribution and support.
The Summer Solstice uses 7-Zones of supportive layered Latex and Memory Foam to create pressure knock out zones, this helps to prevent tossing and turning through the night, ultimately giving you a more restful nights sleep. The Summer Solstice mattress uses 660 PostureTech response springs that have been redesigned to provide better weight distribution away from the heaviest parts of your body.
The Summer Solstice benefits from Sealy's Edge Guard system, consisting of an extra outer perimeter of foam to encapsulate the springs. This added encapsulation provides edge to edge support for greater durability and comfort, as an added benefit, it provides a more usable mattress surface enabling you to sleep to the very edge.
The Summer Solstice mattress benefits from a sumptuous pillow top to add extra comfort and is finished a luxurious micro-quilted high loft knitted fabric. The mattress cover also incorporates a ground breaking new fibre called Tencel that has natural cooling properties and moisture management. More information on Tencel can be found here.
The Summer Solstice Divan comes with a choice of a padded platform top board base, this creates a firmer support platform for the mattress, alternatively you can choose a Torsion 3000 sprung base for a slightly softer feel. The base is covered in a matching quilted fabric and is available with multiple storage options, the drawers are padded and upholstered. To ease movement the divan base sits on castors.
