We’re looking for an ambitious Store Manager to lead our store team in Sheffield.

What’s the job look like?

You’ll be responsible for all aspects of the store experience, leading a retail team and being accountable for sales performance.

Some of our busiest times are evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Whilst we endeavour to support flexible working patterns, you would be expected to cover these as part of your working week.

What you’ll need to be successful

At Mattress Online, we don’t do hard or pushy selling. We take a more human approach.

We’re looking for an experienced individual who can demonstrate leadership success in retail. You’ll be able to show how you have created an outstanding customer experience and used this to achieve business results.
