I’m at high risk of COVID-19, what can you do to help?

If you have any concerns about our delivery process and exposure to COVID-19, please get in touch with our customer service team. They will be more than happy to find a delivery service to suit you, such as:

  • No contact delivery
  • Social distancing
  • Wearing masks and gloves
  • Leaving your purchase outside of your property entrance
  • Delaying or rescheduling your delivery

Delivery costs

Is delivery free?

Yes, delivery is completely free to the UK mainland!

There are just a few exceptions:

  • Weekend delivery costs £17.50
  • If you'd like two-man delivery to the room of your choice, this costs £20 (sometimes it's free!)
  • If you live in a handful of Scottish postcodes, delivery will cost £30

Does it cost extra to get delivery to my room?

Yes, for just £20 extra we will deliver to the room of your choice. Simply select our two-man delivery service at the checkout.

It's a great option if you will struggle to get your mattress or bed up the stairs, or if you've ordered lots of items.

Sometimes we'll upgrade you, free of charge! We'll do this automatically, if:

I live in Scotland. Is delivery free?

We deliver completely free of charge to most Scottish addresses.

However, if you live in the Highlands or Grampians of Scotland, we may ask for a contribution toward our delivery costs so that we can continue to provide a competitive price.

The following postcodes will be charged an additional £30:

  • AB
  • DD
  • FK
  • G84
  • IV
  • KW
  • PA1-80
  • PH

Delivery dates

When will you deliver?

We can deliver on any day that suits you.

Need your item(s) tomorrow? Simply order by 4pm today for next-day delivery.

There are just a few exceptions:

  • A small number of products need to be ordered before 4pm - please check the individual product for details
  • If you order after 4pm, delivery will take place the day after tomorrow
  • During exceptionally busy times, we might not always be able to guarantee next-day delivery. In the unlikely event that that this happens, we will let you know
  • If you live in a small number of postcodes, delivery may take a little longer

Can I choose a different delivery day?

Yes, of course!

You can choose any delivery day you like. In fact, you can choose a delivery date up to 60 days in advance.

Can I change my delivery day?

Yes, no problem!

Simply get in touch and we'll re-arrange your delivery date to suit you.

Do you deliver at the weekend?

Yes - we deliver on weekends to most UK addresses. This costs an additional £17.50.

Do you deliver on Bank Holidays

Yes, we deliver on nearly all Bank Holidays.

The only days we don't deliver on are:

  • Christmas Day (25th December)
  • Boxing Day (26th December)
  • New Years' Day (1st January)

What if my item(s) are out of stock?

You may have to wait a little longer to receive your item(s) if they're out of stock. Please check the specific product details - you should see a wait time here.

We'll get in touch with you as soon as your item is ready, and arrange a convenient delivery date.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver nationwide, across the UK mainland.

Unfortunately, we don't currently deliver to:

  • Northern Ireland
  • Scottish Isles
  • Isle of Man
  • Isle of Wight
  • Isles of Scilly
  • Channel Islands

I live in Scotland. Can I get next-day delivery?

We offer next-day delivery to the majority of Scottish addresses.

However, we're unable to deliver next-day or on weekends to a small number of postcodes.

Your order will arrive within 2-7 days or 7-14 days depending on your area.

Yes, we deliver next-day and weekends to all Welsh addresses.

On your delivery day

Will you group my deliveries into one?

Yes - if you have ordered a mattress or bedding that is in stock, we will aim to deliver in one go so all your items arrive on the same day.

If you have purchased a bed together with your mattress or bedding, we can't group these together, unfortunately. Your bed will arrive separately.

However, we will always do our best to ensure that all your deliveries arrive on the same day - even if we can't deliver them all to you at the same time that day!

If you'd prefer to receive each item separately, please let us know in advance and we can arrange this for you. Don't worry - you'll only have to pay any extra delivery costs once.

Where will you leave my item(s)?

We'll leave your item(s) at your front door, or your main entrance to your block of flats. We won't enter your building.

If you've selected our two-man delivery service (or you've been upgraded free of charge), we'll deliver to the room of your choice.

What time will you deliver?

We will deliver between 7am - 8pm, Monday to Saturday, and most Bank Holidays. This applies to all items - big and small!

Will I have to wait in all day for delivery?

No - because waiting around all day is no fun!

We'll text you with a two-hour time slot the evening before your delivery day. We'll also phone you on the day with our estimated time of arrival.

What if I miss my delivery?

Don't worry - these things happen! We'll get in touch to arrange re-delivery.

Collection and assembly

Can you collect my old mattress?

Yes, we can!

When you purchase any mattress from us, we can collect your old one at the same time for just £28. Simply select "recycle my old mattress" when you get to the checkout.

Then, on your delivery day, all you need to do is:

  1. Strip all bedding from your mattress (we can't take that away too)
  2. Leave it near to your front door (but not outside), ready for us to take away

If you've selected two-man delivery, you can leave your old mattress on your bed (without bedding). We'll take it away from there.

Can you assemble my bed?

Unfortunately, we don't offer a bed assembly service at the moment.

The exception to this is our range of Sleepeezee adjustable beds. You'll get free two-man delivery to the room of your choice, free installation and a demonstration, too!

All other beds will arrive flat-packed but don't worry - you'll find handy assembly instructions included.

Couriers and tracking

Who will deliver my order?

For local deliveries, we will deliver your item(s) ourselves!

For deliveries further afield, we use the services of our highly trusted courier, Panther and APC for smaller items. Occasionally, and if required, we may use alternative couriers.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes - for the majority of deliveries, you can track your order.

If this is available for your order, you will find a tracking code in your delivery email. Simply click on the link in your email to find out more.
