What we do with your review depends on how you have rated us:

- If you have left us a 1 - 3 star review - we’re sorry that our service or product didn’t meet your expectations and we greatly appreciate your feedback. We aim to respond to all 1 - 3 star within 24 hours and, depending on the contents of the review, we’ll open a direct line of communication with you via email or over the phone, to address your concerns or resolve any issues you may have.
