• The following terms and conditions of sale constitute a binding agreement between MattressOnline.co.uk Ltd and its customers which applies to all purchases made on the MattressOnline.co.uk web site.
• Customers are reminded that these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
• A copy of these Terms of Sale will be emailed to you along with your order confirmation.
• You agree not to change these Terms of Sale from the form presented by MattressOnline.
• All other terms and conditions including those in any order submitted by You are expressly excluded and shall have no effect.
• All communications made thus far by MattressOnline are invitations to treat only.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do not dispose of your current mattress / bed until you are happy with the items you have purchased from Us and have read in full the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Order

1.1. You accept these Terms of Sale when you tick "I confirm that I have read and agree to the Terms of Sale" during the checkout process. This represents an offer of contract from You only and is not binding until accepted by Us.

1.2. Receipt of an order via the MattressOnline.co.uk website by Us does not constitute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse your order for any reason.

1.3. Any errors or omissions in any catalogue, sales literature, price list, dispatch note, invoice or other documentation or any information issued by Us from time to time shall be subject to correction without liability on Our part.

1.4. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any order submitted by You, confirming where reasonably requested to do so by Us any telephone orders, and for the giving of such information as is necessary relating to the Sale Terms and delivery (as the case may be) to enable us to deliver the goods to the delivery address notified by You.

1.5. When writing to Us, You must quote your order number.

2. General Sales

2.1. All purchases must be paid in full before delivery. MattressOnline.co.uk Ltd will continue to own, and reserve the right to repossess any goods sold from its web site until payment has been received and cleared in full.

2.2. Payments are accepted on most credit or debit cards via our secure server. I/We authorise you to make any enquiries you deem necessary in connection with this sale. This information will be used for fraud prevention or debt recovery.

2.3. All prices quoted are for new products and are priced in pounds sterling including any applicable taxes at current rates.

2.4. Price includes delivery to any mainland UK address Monday to Sunday. Additional delivery charges will be incurred for delivery to Northern Ireland and select postcodes within Scotland, Wales, and England.

2.5. An invoice giving a description of the goods purchased and the price paid will be emailed to you.

2.6 If the price of an item you have ordered decreases after your order has been placed, MattressOnline will refund the difference only if the item has not yet been dispatched or delivered to the address provided in your order. Once the item has been dispatched or delivered, no price adjustment or refund will be given.

2.7. Klarna:

• In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna:

• Pay in 3 - Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit. Subject to status. Ts&Cs and late fees apply.
• 0% Finance - Borrowing more than you can afford, or paying late, may make it harder to get credit in the future. Credit subject to status. Representative 21.9% APR (fixed) reduced to 0.00%.

3. Delivery

3.1. Delivery times will depend on the item and the manufacturer. If your item is out of stock, our delivery lead times will be clearly detailed on the product page.

3.2. Items we carry in stock are normally delivered within 24 hours or on the day you specify at the point of order - lead times on items out of stock will vary so please check at the time of ordering.

3.3. All delivery times are subject to stock availability and whether your payments have been processed and validated.

3.4. MattressOnline.co.uk Ltd are only responsible for delivering goods to the customer's door.

3.5. All delivery dates are given in good faith but are subject to all matters beyond the control of the Company: including acts of nature, strikes, lockouts and delay by suppliers.

3.6. Please ensure you check your items thoroughly on delivery for damage. If upon delivery you find your goods are damaged, please sign for them as "Damaged" and refuse delivery.

3.7. MattressOnline.co.uk must be notified within 24 hours of your delivery if any part of your order is missing. All claims will become void after this period.

3.8. Deliveries to the following regions and postcodes may be subject to longer lead times (please allow up to 14 days) and/or specific delivery date restrictions:

• Scotland: AB, DD, DG, FK, G, IV, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH.
• Wales: LD, LL, SA, SY.
• England: CA, LA, TR.
• Northern Ireland: All BT postcodes.

Applicable delivery fees and exact timelines for these areas will be displayed at checkout.

3.9. We are unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland and all offshore islands including Isle of Wight and Isle of Man. We reserve the right to recover all costs for orders processed to these areas.

3.10. For free delivery, one delivery driver will bring your item to the door of your house or to the ground floor of your block of flats.

3.11. If you need help to get the mattress upstairs, we recommend upgrading to our £20 Room of Your Choice service at checkout. This is to your room of choice (where accessible and at owner's risk). Please note that our courier is only insured to take your item(s) no higher than the third floor. However, we can usually accommodate delivery to other floors provided there is a service lift available that can fit your item(s) in.

3.12. If you are ordering an item that is 'out of stock', please refer to the specific delivery details on the product page. In very rural areas, please allow up to 14 days for your delivery.

3.13. If you cancel your order after it has left our warehouse, you will be liable for the delivery charge.

4. Accuracy of Information

4.1. MattressOnline.co.uk Ltd takes great care to faithfully reproduce all descriptions and specifications as provided by the manufacturers, however, errors may occur. If you are in any doubt, we recommend you contact our Customer Service team to discuss the item in more detail.

4.2. The illustrations and colours are representative only.

4.3. All sizes are correct according to the manufacturer's specifications.

4.4. All items are subject to availability.

4.5. All details, specifications and prices are accurate at time of publication, but may subsequently change. While we make every effort to ensure that the mattresses shown are as close as possible to the actual specification and size, there may be slight variations due to the nature of the medium.

4.6. We reserve the right to alter specifications as advised by the manufacturers.

4.7. Responsibility for checking the dimensions of your bed or mattress lies solely with the customer. MattressOnline.co.uk Ltd cannot be held responsible for customers ordering the incorrect size or not checking the dimensions before purchase.

5. Standard Bed Sizes

5.1. There are no lawful guidelines for sizes of beds that have to be used. The size of the product used is for descriptive purposes and there is no assurance that these sizes will be exactly the same across different manufacturers.

5.2. For instance, a double mattress from one manufacturer may not exactly fit a double divan from a different manufacturer.

5.3. Additionally, please note that mattresses are hand made with many individual components. As such, it is not always possible for a manufacturer to produce an exact size. This is especially the case for pocket sprung mattresses, where the free movement of the springs can marginally alter the overall size of the mattress. For this reason, it is necessary to allow a +/- tolerance in the depth, width and length of your mattress. Although this tolerance depends on each individual manufacturer, as a guide we suggest an allowance of +/- 1 inch (2.54cm).

5.4. Please be aware that when converted, metric sizes are not exactly the same as imperial sizes. Below are all the sizes of mattresses we sell and beds that fit these sized mattresses:

6. Warranty & Guarantees

6.1. All items are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months.

6.2. All goods sold comply with all applicable legislation and consumers are reminded that these items and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

6.3. Some mattresses also benefit from a free limited warranty of up to 20 years.

6.4. In the unlikely event you do have a warranty claim, we request a photograph of the fault to forward to the manufacturers who can then authorise immediate action for the warranty claim.

6.5. There will be charges applied to warranty claims after the first 12 months - this varies dependent on the manufacturer - and any charges will be clarified before a warranty claim is processed.

6.6. Any claims made after the first 12 months are subject to transport charges.

7. Right of Cancellation

7.1. The customer has an unconditional right to cancel an order.

7.2. You must exercise the right to cancel an order by informing MattressOnline.co.uk Ltd in writing to our postal address or via email before the goods are dispatched.

7.3. Customers wishing to cancel their order after dispatch must ensure that reasonable care is taken of the goods and that they are returned to MattressOnline.co.uk Ltd (see returns address) unopened and unused in an 'as new' condition complete in its sealed original packaging and with all instructions included.

7.4. If the goods have left our premises, transport charges will be incurred. The customer is responsible for all transport costs, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the goods using their own transport to the address at the bottom of this page. Please note: our transport charges start from £35 + VAT.

7.5. You have 28 calendar days from the date you receive your item to return it to us. If you wish to return your item, you must notify us in writing within 14 calendar days of receiving it. Once you have notified us of your intention to return, you then have a further 14 calendar days to return the item to us. You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning the item. If you receive a replacement mattress following a Comfort Trial exchange, the 28-day return period runs from the delivery date of the original mattress and does not restart from the delivery date of the replacement mattress.

7.6. Orders paid with Interest Free Credit can only be cancelled within 14 calendar days of placing the order. Please note: custom orders manufactured to customer's specifications (including non-standard sizes) are non-returnable / refundable.

7.9. Cashback deductions on refunds. If your purchase was made through one of our cashback partners and you return or cancel your order, we reserve the right to deduct any cashback payments already processed from the refund amount.

8. Damaged / Disputed Goods

8.1. We will exchange any mattress that is either damaged or faulty upon delivery only when the customer follows all of our terms and conditions that apply.

8.2. Before processing a damaged / disputed goods claim, we will require a photograph of the damaged / disputed goods before any action can be processed.

8.3. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the goods have been delivered in good condition.

8.4. If you are unable to check the goods for damage before signing the delivery note, please sign for the item as damaged.

8.5. If you sign for an item as delivered in good condition and you subsequently notify us of damage, this may effect your eligibility for an exchange.

8.6. Please contact our Customer Services team within 24 hours of delivery to notify us of a fault / damages via email to customerservice@mattressonline.co.uk.

8.7. Please send in photographic evidence of any damages as soon as possible via email to customerservice@mattressonline.co.uk within 7 calendar days.

9. Refunds

9.1. MattressOnline.co.uk Ltd will refund the purchase price of the goods or services between 3-5 calendar days of receiving and checking the goods are as new and complete - less any transport costs.

9.2. Customers who refuse delivery at the door will be liable for a return delivery charge from £35 + VAT.

9.3. Unfortunately, we cannot authorise refunds or exchanges on any products that have been unpacked or slept on, except for mattresses that qualify under our 100 Night Comfort Trial Terms and Conditions.

9.4. You have 28 calendar days from the date you receive your item to return it to us. If you wish to return your item, you must notify us in writing within 14 calendar days of receiving it. Once you have notified us of your intention to return, you then have a further 14 calendar days to return the item to us. You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning the item. If you receive a replacement mattress following a Comfort Trial exchange, the 28-day return period runs from the delivery date of the original mattress and does not restart from the delivery date of the replacement mattress.

9.5. MattressOnline.co.uk Ltd cannot be held liable for items ordered incorrectly or in the wrong size.

9.6. No refunds can be given for inadequate access or the item not fitting in the customer's room.

9.7. Where possible, MattressOnline.co.uk Ltd will liaise with the manufacturer with regards to an exchange - it is the sole discretion of the manufacturer to offer an exchange if this circumstance should arise.

9.10. Exchanges, where applicable, may incur additional costs.

100-Night Comfort Trial Terms & Conditions

1. You must have purchased a mattress protector from MattressOnline at the same time as your mattress and used it from the first night and throughout the trial period.
2. The Comfort Trial applies to standalone mattresses purchased from MattressOnline.co.uk Ltd and delivered within the UK only.
3. The Comfort Trial does not apply to mattresses included with folding beds, sofa beds, or other bed mechanisms.
4. The Comfort Trial is available to the original purchaser only. Proof of purchase will be required to invoke the trial.
5. Each mattress is limited to one exchange per mattress originally ordered under the Comfort Trial.
6. You must have slept on your mattress for a minimum of 30 nights and no more than 100 nights (depending on your mattress model and Comfort Trial length) from the delivery date before an exchange can be arranged.
7. A £49 non-profit delivery fee applies to all exchanges. This fee solely covers the cost of delivering your replacement mattress and collecting your original mattress.
8. Your replacement mattress must be the same size as your original purchased mattress.
9. If the replacement mattress is more expensive than your original purchase, you will be required to pay the difference by credit or debit card over the phone. This difference cannot be added to any existing payment plan, including Klarna.
10. If the replacement mattress is cheaper than your original purchase, no refund will be issued. However, if the replacement mattress is up to £100 cheaper than your original purchase, MattressOnline.co.uk Ltd will issue the difference as credit to be used on our website. No credit or refund will be provided if the price difference exceeds £100.
11. The current sale price of the replacement mattress at the time of exchange will apply. Discount codes cannot be applied to Comfort Trial exchanges.
12. You will not be eligible for the Comfort Trial if you:
    • Did not purchase a mattress protector from MattressOnline at the same time as your mattress or use it from the first night and throughout the trial period
    • Misuse or damage your mattress, including accidental damage
    • Repair or alter your mattress in any way
    • Neglect to keep it clean or it shows wear and tear
13. It is your responsibility to contact our Customer Service Team to claim your Comfort Trial and arrange the exchange before the Comfort Trial ends.
14. We will collect your original mattress and deliver your replacement mattress on your preferred delivery date, subject to stock availability:
    • If the replacement mattress is in stock, our Customer Service Team will arrange a delivery date that is convenient for you.
    • If the replacement mattress is not in stock, delivery will be arranged once stock becomes available. Our Customer Service Team will contact you to agree your preferred delivery date.

Terms and Conditions: Social Media Competitions

1. The competition is promoted by MattressOnline.co.uk Ltd, unless stated otherwise.
2. The competition is open to UK residents only, aged 18 or over.
3. Employees of MattressOnline.co.uk Ltd, associated companies, and immediate family members are not permitted to enter the competition.
4. Participants must complete ALL entry requirements listed in the social media post. This will be checked and any steps that aren't completed will result in the entry being disqualified.
5. Each person is permitted to enter the competition once unless stated otherwise. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
6. The competition closes at the time and date stated in the social media post. Entries submitted after the closing time will be disqualified.
7. The prize listed on the social media post is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
8. The winner will be selected at random and announced via the social media platform(s) the competition was promoted.
9. The winner will be contacted via direct message on the social media platform they entered and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.
10. If the winner does not respond within the timeframe, a new winner will be selected.
11. Any personal data supplied in connection with this competition will be used solely to administer the competition and will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary to deliver the prize.
12. MattressOnline.co.uk Ltd. accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, lost entries, or other issues that may affect the competition process.
13. MattressOnline.co.uk Ltd. reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
14. Any personal data supplied in connection with this competition will be used solely to administer the competition and deliver the prize. With the entrant’s consent, their data may also be used to subscribe them to our marketing mailing list. Non-buyer Survey Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. PROMOTER

1.1.  The promoter of this prize draw is MattressOnline.co.uk Ltd, Units 26–31 Waddington Way, Rotherham, South Yorkshire, S65 3SH.

2. THE PRIZE DRAW

2.1.  The prize draw (the "Draw") is run in connection with MattressOnline’s Survey (the "Survey"), conducted to understand why visitors to mattressonline.co.uk leave without purchasing.

2.2.  Entry to the Draw is free, and no purchase is necessary.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1.  The Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

3.2.  The following are not eligible to enter: employees of MattressOnline or any of its group companies, their immediate family members, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or administration of the Draw.

3.3.  Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries submitted from the same person will be disqualified.

3.4 Entry into the Draw is contingent upon full completion of the Survey by qualifying participants. Completing initial screening questions alone does not constitute entry. Participants who do not meet the screening criteria or who exit/disqualify prior to reaching the final confirmation page will not be eligible to enter the Draw.

4. HOW TO ENTER

4.1.  To enter, participants must:

4.1.1  Click the link to the Survey from a MattressOnline Meta (Facebook or Instagram) advertisement or other qualifying promotional source;

4.1.2  Complete the Survey in full; and

4.1.3  Submit their email address and first name via the link to the Google Form presented at the end of the Survey.

4.2.  The Survey is hosted on surveys.hotjar.com. Entry data (email address and first name) will be collected separately from Survey responses and will not be linked to individual answers. The entry form is hosted on Google Forms (forms.google.com). 

4.3.  Entries submitted by any other method (post, email, social media comment etc.) will not be accepted.

4.4.  Entries must be received within the entry window set out in Section 5 below. Late entries will not be accepted.

5. ENTRY WINDOW

5.1.  The Survey opens at 00:01 on 18/09/26 ("Opening Date").

5.2. The Survey will close no later than 23:59 on 02/10/26 ("Closing Date"). MattressOnline reserves the right to close the Survey earlier than the Closing Date, at its sole discretion. No entries submitted after the actual date of closure will be accepted.

5.3. If the Survey is closed before the Closing Date, a notice of early closure will be added to this section of the terms and conditions.

5.4. The Draw will take place within five working days of the actual date of closure ("Draw Date").

6. THE PRIZE

6.1. There is one prize available in the Draw.

6.2. The prize is: one Amazon voucher to the value of £250.

6.3. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and has no cash alternative, except where MattressOnline in its absolute discretion decides to offer one.

6.4. MattressOnline reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances make this necessary.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

7.1. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the Closing Date.

7.2. The draw will be conducted using the Random Integer Generator at random.org on the Draw Date.

7.3. The winner will be notified by email to the address provided at entry within seven working days of the Draw Date.

7.4. The winner must claim their prize within fourteen days of notification. If the winner does not respond within this period, MattressOnline reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7.5. MattressOnline will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner. If the prize remains unclaimed after one further attempt, an alternative winner will be drawn.

8. WINNER PUBLICITY

8.1. The winner's surname and county of residence will be available on request by emailing brandmarketing@mattressonline.co.uk within three months of the Closing Date. To request this information, send an email to the email address above with the subject line "Lost-Visitor Survey Draw — Winner Details".

8.2. By entering the Draw, the winner consents to MattressOnline using their first name and initial for reasonable promotional purposes (for example, a social media post announcing the winner), unless they indicate otherwise at the time of notification.

9. DATA PROTECTION

9.1. By entering the Draw, participants consent to MattressOnline processing their name and email address for the purpose of administering the Draw, selecting and notifying a winner, and (where applicable) making winner details available as described in Section 8.

9.2. Entry data (name and email address) will be stored securely, kept separate from Survey response data, and used only for the purposes stated in these Terms and Conditions.

9.3. Entry data will be deleted within 30 days of the prize being delivered to the winner, except where retention is required by law.

9.4. Entry into the Draw does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications from MattressOnline. Separate opt-in is required for marketing.

9.5. MattressOnline's privacy policy, available at https://www.mattressonline.co.uk/Privacy-Policy, applies to all personal data collected in connection with this Draw.

9.6. Survey responses are collected anonymously and cannot be linked to individual entrants.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

10.1. MattressOnline reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the Draw or these Terms and Conditions at any time if circumstances outside its control make this necessary. Any changes will be notified via the Hotjar survey link page and/or the MattressOnline website.

10.2. MattressOnline's decision in relation to all aspects of the Draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

10.3. MattressOnline accepts no responsibility for entries that are late, lost, incomplete, or not received for any reason, including technical failures.

10.4. Any fraudulent or dishonest entries, or entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions, will be disqualified.

10.5. MattressOnline accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize. Entrants are advised to seek independent advice if needed.

10.6. MattressOnline is not liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of participation in the Draw, save for death or personal injury arising from MattressOnline's negligence.

10.7. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Mattress Buyers Survey Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter

• The Promoter is MattressOnline.co.uk Ltd registered office: Units 26-31 Waddington Way, Aldwarke Lane, Rotherham S65 3SH.
• The Draw is run in connection with MattressOnline’s mattress-buyers Survey.

2. Eligibility

• The Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of the Promoter, their families, business-to-business trade customers, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded.
• By entering, you confirm you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

3. How to Enter

• The Draw will open on 16.10.26 and close at midnight on 30.10.26 (the "Closing Date").
• The Draw is only open to customers who bought a mattress from www.mattressonline.co.uk between 16.10.25 and 16.10.26, who are subscribed to email marketing, and who complete the Survey.
• To enter: (1) click the Survey link in the email from MattressOnline, (2) complete the Survey in full, and (3) submit your details on the entry form at the end.
• The Survey is hosted on typeform.com. Entry data (email address used when placing order, first name and last name) will be collected separately from Survey responses and will not be linked to individual answers. The entry form is hosted on Google Forms (forms.google.com). 
• Entry into the Draw is contingent upon full completion of the Survey by qualifying participants. Completing initial screening questions alone does not constitute entry.
• Participants who do not meet the screening criteria or who exit/disqualify prior to reaching the final confirmation page will not be eligible to enter the Draw.
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries submitted from the same person will be disqualified.
• Entries received outside the dates listed above will not be accepted.

4. The Prize

• The first prize is a refund of the price you paid for your mattress bought from MattressOnline in the qualifying period, including any discounts and excluding delivery, up to a maximum of £1,000. If the winner bought more than one mattress, the refund applies to the highest-priced one. Other items in the order are not included.
• The second and third place prizes are a pair of Dunlopillo Serenity Comfort Latex Pillows, valued at £119 each (£238 per pair).
• Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
• The refund will be paid to the original payment method within 30 days of the prize being confirmed. 

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winners will be chosen by a random computer process within 7 days of the Closing Date.
• The winners will be contacted via email or telephone using the details provided when placing their order.
• The winners will receive their prize within 30 days of the prize draw date, subject to the returns and cancellation terms below.
• If the winners do not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select replacement winners.

6. Returns and Cancellations

• If the purchased mattress is cancelled or returned for a refund (outside of a claim for faulty goods), the prize is void. 
• Returns of other items do not affect the prize. 
• If the mattress was recently purchased and the standard return period has not elapsed, the Promoter reserves the right to delay the prize payout until the standard return period has elapsed.

7. Data Protection

• Personal data supplied during this promotion will only be used for the purpose of the draw.
• The winner's surname and county can be made available upon request to comply with ASA transparency rules.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received due to technical failures or for any loss/damage resulting from the prize, except where it is caused by the Promoter’s negligence.
