Well known in the world of sleep, Lisa has over 10 years of experience helping families and children improve their sleeping habits. Before its merge with The Sleep Charity, Lisa previously headed up The Sleep Council, a not-for-profit advisory organisation dedicated to sharing sleep expertise with parents and young children. This involved liaising with companies such as Virgin Atlantic and John Lewis on different sleep projects.
As a qualified children’s sleep practitioner, experienced sleep advisor and member of the British Sleep Society, Lisa is pivotal in campaigning about the importance of sleep health and wellbeing to all ages.
Along with her dedication to sleep, Lisa is also qualified in both Mental Health Awareness and Children’s Mental Health Awareness. She is currently a Youth Mental Health First Aider, has a diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and is a CBTi Certified Clinician and an RSPH Health Champion.
