Dr. Kimberly Ann Lemke is an esteemed licensed clinical psychologist, award-winning entrepreneur, and nationally recognized expert on the science of sleep. With over two decades of experience, she has helped thousands of individuals reclaim their energy, quiet their racing minds at night, and finally put an end to those frustrating 3 AM wakeups.

A 2020 recipient of the prestigious Enterprising Women of the Year Award, Dr. Lemke brings a rare blend of clinical expertise, leadership, and real-world relatability to her work. She’s also a past chair of psychological associations and various mental health boards, where she played an active role in shaping the future of mental health care and wellness initiatives.

Dr. Lemke utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and is also a Sleep Science Coach. She’s the creator of the Drift® Method, a groundbreaking online sleep course designed to go far beyond the usual "just sleep more" advice. Her unique approach is built around the idea that “Sleep is a DAYTIME Issue!™”—meaning what you do during the day directly influences how well you sleep at night.
