We went into the Doncaster branch, the salesman was helpful, we made our selection which was briefly out of stock, they assured us it would be here within 2 weeks and it was. Delivery was arranged and executed seamlessly and they took our old mattress away for recycling. We'd been given instructions about turning and rotating over the first three months which we've followed religiously. Initially the mattress felt very hard but to be honest it was a relief after the Emma mattress but we soon grew used to it ( or it gave a bit) and I'm sleeping much better and waking without pain so it was an excellent choice for me.
