DuncanWe've previously had an Emma mattress and absolutely loved it. So when we needed a replacement, we didn't even research, we went straight back to the mattress we loved. Weirdly the model (Premium) was no longer available, but we're told online that the Emma Original had improved, and it was now the comparable product. How wrong was that. Saggy, no sidewall support whatsoever, thin, far too squooshy. This was not fit for purpose. Mattress Online were AMAZING. Super easy to deal with, handled our return with ease. Even when there was a hiccup, we were able to call them directly and get it sorted in mins!
