The Gainsborough Mayfair 1000 Pocket Ultra Firm Mattress delivers an ideal extra firm feel! With supportive pocket springs that encourage better spinal alignment and a breathable polyester pad that adds extra firmness.
Pocket sprung core
Designed with a core of 1000 pocket springs, this mattress provides strong support that is personalised to you. These springs are placed in individual fabric pockets and are secured together to form a unit. This allows for each spring to move independently rather than as a team which significantly reduces motion transfer. This also makes the spring adaptable and reactive so when they sense motion, they spring into action to make sure you are supported. This can encourage better spinal alignment and contribute to a reduction in aches and pains.
Polyester filling
The comfort layer of this mattress encourages a soothing rest. This layer is filled with fine, soft white fibres that are highly breathable. They allow heat and moisture to flow through the mattress to encourage a fresher sleeping environment. Made with recycled fillings and completely recyclable at the end of their life, polyester fibres are a great choice.

The trial lets you test your mattress for up to 60 nights. If it's not quite right for you, you can exchange it for a new one.
It can take some time to get used to a new mattress, which is why we ask you to sleep on your mattress for 30 nights. If you're not happy with the feel after 30 nights, simply contact our Customer Service Team, and we'll arrange a mattress exchange.
