The trial lets you test your mattress for up to 60 nights. If it's not quite right for you, you can exchange it for a new one.
It can take some time to get used to a new mattress, which is why we ask you to sleep on your mattress for 30 nights. If you're not happy with the feel after 30 nights, simply contact our Customer Service Team, and we'll arrange a mattress exchange.

PeterMy wife finds it difficult to get into as slightly higher than previous bed and softer as both her shoulders are compromised. I find I have less back pain than when using the previous bed. We still have heavy duty plastic wrappings and no advice on recycling but it may be on coverings which are difficult to search.
