The trial lets you test your mattress for up to 60 nights. If it's not quite right for you, you can exchange it for a new one.
It can take some time to get used to a new mattress, which is why we ask you to sleep on your mattress for 30 nights. If you're not happy with the feel after 30 nights, simply contact our Customer Service Team, and we'll arrange a mattress exchange.

KimWent in store with my husband and we told them our needs. The mattress we chose in collaboration with staff was graded “medium firm”. It turned out to be “firm” as the sticker on the side indicated after delivery and a few almost sleepless nights. Bought a new slat base with no improvement. Put our Panda topper on from our campervan. No improvement. Returned easily and now have a mattress graded “medium” by their website. The website for the actual mattress states “soft medium”. This one is too soft and I wake with backache (which is unusual for me). Please do your research on the mattress website and not mattresses online. Customer service was very good as was delivery.
