The trial lets you test your mattress for up to 60 nights. If it's not quite right for you, you can exchange it for a new one.
It can take some time to get used to a new mattress, which is why we ask you to sleep on your mattress for 30 nights. If you're not happy with the feel after 30 nights, simply contact our Customer Service Team, and we'll arrange a mattress exchange.

Delivery men really good with very heavy mattress and not a lot of room to manouver, put it on the bed as well.The mattress is superb, wanted one on the soft side of medium firm and it is just that while being supportive as well. struggled to find one on the soft side, really glad we found this one. Well worth the money.
