It can take some time to get used to a new mattress, which is why we ask you to sleep on your mattress for 30 nights. If you're not happy with the feel after 30 nights, simply contact our Customer Service Team, and we'll arrange a mattress exchange.

ColinThe actual mattress is fine, we have several Millbrook mattresses so know they are quality products. The delivery service of the mattress was appalling. When the two guys arrived with the mattress they managed to drop the mattress out the back of the lorry onto the driveway. As it had been raining the bag the mattress was in was covered in dirt & they only removed that bag when I mentioned it (luckily the mattress was in a second bag). Then they didn't seem to have any idea how to get the mattress upstairs, they were scratching the wall paintwork on the way up so I had to direct them on how to navigate the mattress upstairs. I knew it was a fairly easy task as we had just moved into the house & had already moved two mattresses of the same size upstairs with no issues. Super mattress, terrible delivery service.

We wanted a firm mattress and were initially worried at how soft it felt when pushed down by hand. once your weight is spread out across the mattress ir behaves like a firm mattress, and is very very comfortable, but pushing by hand or sitting the mattress feels very soft. As i say once your weight is spread out I cannot fault the mattress, it is extremely comfortable and firm. and i sleep very well. I think its the changes in design in teh fifteen years since i last bought a mattress. the pocket springs act independently and puting weight on one spot will only affect a few springs. The mattress feels very good quality and I am very pleased with its ability to feel soft when needed and firm when i want to sleep. Try and see a pocket mattress in real life to ensure you are happy. I would definitely buy this mattress again.
