It can take some time to get used to a new mattress, which is why we ask you to sleep on your mattress for 30 nights. If you're not happy with the feel after 30 nights, simply contact our Customer Service Team, and we'll arrange a mattress exchange.

It's still early days though, so hopefully this still be the case few months down the line. The only thing I would comment on negatively is that despite being advertised to be 27cm in thickness, it is actually not. It is around 25cm, so bit of false advertising here. Overall the quality is good. Will it last 10 years? Time will tell..
