SheilaThe two Sealy mattresses purchased was a disappointment , noisy springs on both ,we exchanged with your offer to two Hypnos Hemsworh which are very comfortable, unfortunately we have the same problem with one of them ,noisy springs , a manufacturing fault. The guarantees have been sent off so hopefully a replacement mattress after one month will be applied for. I understand you as retailers to be notified first. Sorry to be so negative.
