JenniferThe mattress looked like it would be a cosy dream. It was anything but. It was so hard for medium firm. You could feel the bed frame through it. For over £2000 it was a total let down. The 60 day trial is a lie. It was lucky I called early to ask if I could send it back as it gave me a trapped nerve in my shoulder I am still struggling with 6 weeks later. You actually only have 28 days to send it back and you have to pay from your own pocket to return it. £180 to return it. They really should highlight that fact when you buy I know it is in the small print but come on. Lastly we were going to exchange with Mattressonline for another around the £1,200 mark ( there are not many in the £2000 bracket) and after how bad it was we wanted to go back to a brand we knew. They said they could but we would need to take £800 in credit. We only have one bedroom/one bed. So no need for £800 credit as we didn't need anything else. It was all a total hassle. On recommendation from friends we have bought an Ikea VÅGSTRANDA pocket sprung mattress for £515 and I have to say it is the comfiest mattress I have ever slept on. Much like a hotel vibe.
