ThomasDelivery was great and on time. As described and is a very good quality product. Mattress was a medium when arrived, but slowly sofened as the weeks went on. Personally ended up being too soft for me and my partner and after a few weeks we would sink into the matress and then struggle to turn over or get out of bed. Defintely don't buy this mattress if you need a bit of bounce. It does not mention on the website the mattress has a reinforced edge (even though most Sealy's do). This mattress defintely does have some kind of edge support as it is more solid towards the edges compared to the rest of the mattress which in turn makes it difficult to get out of, and means you cannot sleep right up to the edge. Cannot fault Mattress Online as they stuck to their word on their 60 night guartunee and we were able to swap to a different mattress very easily, and now have a Sealy Webber which is more suitable to our needs. Contacted them on the Saturday and new mattress delivered and old one taken away on Monday.
