The trial lets you test your mattress for up to 60 nights. If it's not quite right for you, you can exchange it for a new one.
It can take some time to get used to a new mattress, which is why we ask you to sleep on your mattress for 30 nights. If you're not happy with the feel after 30 nights, simply contact our Customer Service Team, and we'll arrange a mattress exchange.

It’s a big mattress deep and you’ll need the sheets designed for a deeper mattress. I didn’t realise how bad our previous mattress was until we slept on this one. Waking up in the morning hips and back did not ache this seemed to be immediately. It’s a medium mattress supportive but no way uncomfortable. I’m quite amazed at the difference it’s made. I think perhaps because of the mesh covering and how it’s designed the temperature of it when you get into bed your neither too cold or too hot this stays the same when you wake up. It appears to adapt to how hot or cold you are yourself. It’s an expensive mattress but worth it the nights sleep you have is worth it.

Still it is a very enjoyable product and I have been sleeping very well on it as it is comfortable and smoother than most mattresses I have slept on. However one downside to it may be its weight as it harder to put on a mattress cover which is a bit of a hassle but in the end the product is still very good.
