Well last night was the first night on the new mattress and all I can say is that I wish I hadn't been so lazy about purchasing a new one. I genuinely had the best night of sleep for a long time on a superbly firm surface. It is a good few centimetres deeper than the old one so I've had to look for new bedding as well. Fortunately at 6'2 I can sit on the edge of the bed and place my feet on the floor; if you're 5'9 or below then you probably won't be able to do that but you will have the most amazing mattress and sleep experience.

It’s deeper so you need 40cm fitted sheets.Immediately it was supportive. Nice and firm with a cushion like pillow effect on it. I definitely don’t need a mattress topper for it.I sleep on my back but mainly on my front. Using a shallow pillow I now lay flat and don’t get a bad back.The mattress is thick so my bed is a bit higher if you’re little when you sit on the edge your feet won’t touch the floor.Definitely pleased with it. Paid interest free and certainly not the premium price you’d expect.Will be keeping this mattress and definitely gives me more support than the mattresses that come vacuum packed which appear to be glorified foam.Value is good. Do look for a discount code online.I’m 47 and sleep alone so can’t comment on how the other person may feel.
