The trial lets you test your mattress for up to 60 nights. If it's not quite right for you, you can exchange it for a new one.
It can take some time to get used to a new mattress, which is why we ask you to sleep on your mattress for 30 nights. If you're not happy with the feel after 30 nights, simply contact our Customer Service Team, and we'll arrange a mattress exchange.

Secondly, despite being advertised as a 'gel mattress,' it retains heat and gets uncomfortably warm at night, which is frustrating for someone like me who prefers a cooler sleeping experience. Lastly, the overall comfort level just isn't there. I wake up feeling more restless than when I went to bed. I wouldn't recommend this mattress if you're looking for comfort, temperature regulation, or compatibility with standard bedding.
