It's a big thick mattress and weighs 64kg so heavy. I thought the topper part would be a bit softer going by my previous silentnight geltex mattress. I was recommended to get a firmer mattress. But I'm finding it uncomfortable on my shoulders as I sleep on my side and front. So not sure if it will get more comfortable.

Extremely happy with my new mattress. Perfect firmness so gives good support. Lovely and comfortable and will be long lasting. Comes with 5 year warranty. Keeps you lovely and cool even through mattress protector. Thick mattress and higher than I imagined but not an issue for us! A great nights sleep!

Honestly the best mattress that I have ever owned! I chose the king cooling mattress in firm. The cooling aslect helps after a busy day at work without being to soft and poor support for my spine. Thinking to replace my daughters mattress and order this! As a bonus we were given a free gift via silentnight . Thank you

It was easy to order and delivery was smooth! It looked quite heavy and needed 2 men to carry it upstairs. But they did a good job! I have also booked recycling service so they took old mattress away too. New mattress is quite high up but feels very comfy. And you do get 60 days time to change your mind if needed. If does feel very supportive and breathable. I chose firm option but it does not feel too firm just right!

Best matress I have ever slept on. I wish we had bought this sooner. Best night's sleep I have ever had. I am pregnant so sleep seems impossible most of the time but this matress is a game changer!! I run very warm at night but the cooling effect of this matress is amazing and helps so much. I can turn over as many times as I need to without waking my husband which is another bonus.

We are so impressed with our new silentnight ultraGel cool-to-touch 3000 mattress. It is a deep mattress so you will need deep fitted sheets for it. We chose the firm variant which I was nervous for but I shouldn't have been. It is a really comfortable firm mattress the gel infused layer adds that level of cushioning which is pressure relieving. This mattress provides great support! Me and my husband now don't keep waking each other up when we move and the cooling gel topper keeps you from getting over hot and sweaty. 100% the best mattress we've had! I would recommend this product 10/10 especially if you want a mattress that provides you with extra support but still is as comfortable and cosy! A game changer for a good nights sleep!

Absolutely love the UltraGel Cool to Touch 3000 Pocket Boxtop mattress! The cooling layer really works; no more overheating at night. The 3000 pocket springs give excellent support without being too firm and the boxtop adds that plush comfort I was looking for. It feels luxurious and has helped reduce my back pain. Great value for the quality. Highly recommend!
