BrendanExcellent service, ordered in the morning on day 1, arrived at 0700 on day 2. Mattress is very comfortable, I would class it as a soft to medium, trending to medium which is what I wanted. Great edge stability, no rolling, gel top conforms to body shape and no pressure points. Due to the gel it is warmer than our old one but not too hot.
