It can take some time to get used to a new mattress, which is why we ask you to sleep on your mattress for 30 nights. If you're not happy with the feel after 30 nights, simply contact our Customer Service Team, and we'll arrange a mattress exchange.

StephenMattress is good, but the smell of sheep was really bad hence dropping a star (sorry for that). I am aware that a smell is normal, however this was really strong so much so you could smell it as you walked upstairs. We had windows open, stripped the bed every day for 3-4 weeks, aired the mattress topper and protector outside as well. Bearing in mind our previous mattress was a similar good quality wool product which also had an odour, but not as strong and didn't last as long either. The mattress material still smells, but not as bad as it did. I would like to say that we are very pleased with the comfort and you can see it is a well made quality mattress. The service we received was first class. We would be happy to use Mattress Online again when the need arises.
