We’ll deliver your new mattress to the room of your choice and take away your old one, making the whole process completely hassle-free.

All trade mattresses, beds and bedding include a minimum one year guarantee.

Selected products are covered for up to 7 years, giving you extra peace of mind and confidence in your purchase.

We offer a replacement service for damaged or faulty mattresses and beds within the first 24 hours on selected stocked models. This ensures your business isn’t without a product for longer than 24 hours.

• Damaged products - A replacement will be sent within 24 hours of contacting our trade team. You’ll receive the same or an equivalent model to your original order.
• Faulty products - A replacement will be sent within 24 hours of contacting our trade team. This service is free of charge if the item is deemed faulty by the manufacturer.

Please note:

• Divan bases may take longer than 24 hours to replace.
• Our 60-Night Comfort Trial does not apply to trade orders.
