We contacted mattress inline via the 60 day sleep guarantee and they swapped it next day. The service was 5* and reason we buy all our mattresses via them. The new mattress is the medium firm and is super comfy even after the first night. Makes me think the first was faulty it was that hard and nothing like the shop one we tried.

RobI'm not sure this mattress warrants it's price tag. It is quite firm ,which was okay for us and after 3 days we were well adapted.I have on a number of occasions heard the springs click and I wear ear plugs to sleep ( I am 107kg) It is also easy to feel the springs at the side of the mattress. Maybe this is necessary to give good edge support? I'm not sure I would buy this again ( I also got my Mother a mattress a couple of hundred quid cheaper which seems just as good- if not better).Perhaps it's a test if time - then again the HSpink has a shorter warranty.......
