How soon can you deliver my item(s)?
We reckon our Next Day Delivery service is pretty awesome. Order any mattress from our Mattress Delivered Next Day range before 4pm, and you can choose next working day delivery at no extra cost.
Need a Two Man Delivery service? For just £19.99, if your item(s) are in stock, order before 4pm* and you can get your item(s) the very next working day!
Can't take time off during the week? No problem! Simply select our Saturday Delivery service for a hassle-free delivery solution from just £17.50 extra.
*95% of our products need to be ordered by 4pm for next day delivery, however, some products may need to be ordered earlier than 4pm for next day delivery. Please see individual products for details.
Can you collect my old mattress?
Yes! When you purchase a new mattress, you can have your old mattress collected and recycled for only £24.99.
Simply select "recycle my old mattress" when you get to the checkout.
All you need to do then is have your old mattress ready on your delivery date, without any bedding, for your delivery drivers to take away for you. It couldn't be easier!
A simple, hassle-free way to get rid of your old mattress, our recycling service helps you to take care of the environment too.

When will my mattress be delivered?
For items that are in stock, you can choose when you would like your item(s) to be delivered - as soon as the very next working day!
Simply choose any day, Monday - Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays.
All of our deliveries take place on an all-day service, between 7am - 8pm*.
If you select Two Man Delivery, your item(s) will also be delivered between 7am - 8pm*.
*Please note, these times also apply to smaller items such as mattress protectors and pillows.
When items are out of stock, please refer to the specific product's delivery information. We will contact you when your item is ready, to arrange a suitable delivery date.
If you've forgotten what date you have requested your delivery, don't worry! You'll find it on your confirmation email.
Where will my item(s) be left?
- Free Delivery
Your item(s) will be delivered to the front door of your house, or the main entrance to your block of flats. Unfortunately due to insurance reasons, our couriers can't bring the item(s) inside. If you need help getting your order in / upstairs, please select our Two Man Delivery Upgrade.
- Two Man Delivery
Delivery is to the room of your choice when you select the Two Man Delivery option. This is the ideal choice if you'll have difficulty getting your item(s) upstairs. Most of our divans come with a free Two Man Delivery Upgrade, but please do check the specific product for further delivery information.

What happens if my mattress is too firm / too soft?
We want to help you make informed decisions so that you can choose the perfect mattress for you. Everyone is different - and that includes how soft or firm you like your mattress to be, too!
We have created a firmness rating scale that you can find within the information for each individual mattress. From very soft to extra firm, our guide can help you to choose the right firmness.
But who better to rate our mattresses than our customers themselves? Our review system, Reevoo, is full of helpful, honest reviews - written by customers just like you. Our customers rate their new mattress on firmness, support, comfort, quality and more. It's a great way to get more information about your mattress before you buy it.
When you get your new mattress, please test it. Ensure that the packaging remains unopened until you are completely happy with it.
If you are unhappy with the firmness of your mattress when you receive it, please bear in mind that we are unable to accept a mattress for return if it has been opened and used.

How can I return my item?
We're sorry to hear this. In order for you to return your item to us, please let us know as soon as you can - but definitely within 14 calendar days of delivery, in writing.
The quickest and easiest way to do this is to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or write to us at:

We will then contact you to explain how to return your item to us.
- Your item should be returned to us unopened in the original packaging, in the condition you received it in. We cannot accept your item if it has been slept on or used.
- We can only refund the price of your item, minus the cost of transport. Please read our Terms of Sale for further details.
